How scoring works
Every company is scored 1–10 on six dimensions. The overall score is the average of applicable dimensions; N/A dimensions (for example, vetting depth at EOR platforms, which employ talent you source yourself) are excluded rather than penalized.
- Pricing transparency. Are real prices published publicly?
- Engagement model. Fit for ongoing full-time work (managed > direct hire > freelance marketplace).
- Vetting depth. How rigorously is talent screened?
- Replacement terms. Speed, cost, and time limits on replacing a non-fit.
- Management layer. Does the provider actively manage performance, HR, and retention?
- Contract flexibility. Billing cadence, lock-ins, minimums.
